When and where is the event taking place?
The event will be held on May 28, 2025 from 10AM – 4:30PM ET as a virtual summit. Attendees can join from anywhere in the world via our online event platform.

How do I register for the event?
You can register by completing the registration form. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to join the summit.

Are you accepting calls for speakers or papers?
At this time, we are not accepting speaker or paper submissions. However, we encourage you to check back for future speaking opportunities. If you are an AtScale partner or customer, please contact your Account Representative with questions.
Accessing the Event
What are the technical requirements to be able to participate?
Laptop or personal computer with strong, reliable wifi connection. It is recommended to use Google Chrome to run the Virtual Conference platform.
Can I watch the sessions on my phone or tablet computer?
Yes, but the best attendee experience we highly suggest to use a laptop or desktop.
How will attendees access the Virtual Summit once they have registered?
- Attendees will receive an email with login instructions (from: info@semanticlayersummit.com) 2-3 days before the event. We encourage all attendees to log into the platform before the conference starts to make sure you can login. If you have trouble logging in, please email info@semanticlayersummit.com
- You can begin logging into the conference at 9:30AM ET on May 28th and the first keynote begins at 10:00AM ET.
My email doesn't work for live.SemanticLayerSummit.com. What should I do to get access?
- Attendees will receive an email with login instructions 2-3 days before the event from info@semanticlayersummit.com. Please check the spam folder.
- We encourage all attendees to log into the platform before the conference starts to make sure they can log in.

What if I need help or guidance during the virtual conference?
- You can chat us and submit your question in the “Networking” tab to #TechSupport.

Schedule and Session Information
Where can I review the schedule?
- You can explore the speakers, topics, and schedule before the conference on the agenda page.
- During the conference, you’ll be able to view the agenda once you have logged into the Virtual Conference platform. You can add the agenda items to your personal agenda and calendar.
What happens if I have an issue with watching the sessions?
Please contact us within the platform in the “Chat” tab with the channel #TechSupport during the Virtual Conference or email info@semanticlayersummit.com.
Will the sessions be recorded and available on-demand?
All sessions will be available on-demand after the summit concludes at www.semanticlayersummit.com.
How do I network with other attendees during the conference?
Live Community Chat with different channels/hashtags help you connect with other like-minded attendees. Find the hashtag channel in the “Chat” tab.
